Refunds and Exchanges

New Baby Gifts take every effort to ensure the gifts are packaged securely and delivered without damage. However, if you receive an item which has been damaged and the goods were purchased on the Site, we will offer a full refund of the goods purchased (not the postage), on the condition that the goods are returned within 14 days you have received and the items are in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached.

The item must be unopened and unused. The item must be in a sellable condition.
You must pay the postage fees for sending the item back to us.
No exchanges, credit note or refunds are offered on sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will not be subject to the refund.
