Our gifts are safely dispatched and locally delivered within Australia. We use third-party courier companies, Startrack and Australia Post.

- Delivery Timing: 1-2 working day to Metro areas, 2-4 working days for Rural areas in Australia*
- Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. We will use Startrack or Australia Post to send your order, ensuring every gift package can be accurately tracked. New Baby Gifts will track your order shipment and send you an email once the courier has confirmed delivered.
- *Please note: Working days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We use a signature required service therefore we recommend supplying a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item.
- We cannot ship to addresses outside of Australia due to incurring international goods importation duties.
- Any orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect from the depot or post office will incur a redelivery charge of $16.50.
- Re-delivery charges: If the address is incorrect and the parcel needs to be shipped out again a re-delivery cost will be charged of $16.50 for courier delivery.
- Hospital deliveries: Given that a standard hospital stay for mother and newborn can vary greatly, we would recommend that your delivery address be the recipient's home address rather than the hospital.
- If your parcel can be left in a safe place, please mention this upon checking out. Most courier companies do not leave calling cards, therefore a text or email will be sent to the recipient, provided these details have been supplied on the order. If your order has been taken to a Post Office/collection point we are not able to get the gift redelivered.
